CIM is developing a mixed-use retail, residential, and hotel property called Rockville Town Center on 3.13 acres in the fast-growing Washington DC suburb of Rockville. Rockville Town Center is located directly across from CIM's Rockville Town Square, a public/private initiative with residential and retail spaces as well as public destinations such as a new landmark library. Rockville Town Center will consist of 485 residences, a 175-room hotel, and 40,000 square feet of retail space, as well as parking.
