The Sky Lofts occupy floors 12 to 22 of 801 South Grand, a redeveloped tower that also includes Class-A office space and street-level retail. The Sky Lofts development has its own private, two-story lobby and underground parking that is separate from the commercial tenants' facilities. Each of Sky Lofts' 132 luxury condominiums includes floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping city views (including many from the ocean to the mountains). Additional amenities include a large common area that residents can use for parties, a gym and a private 9-person theatre for film screenings.
