NASHVILLE – September 23, 2015 – CIM Group announced today that it has acquired the iconic L&C Tower, a 272,00-square-foot office building comprised of a 30-story, 178,000-square foot office tower with 13,850 square feet of ground and second floor retail, and a 9-story, 94,000-square-foot annex, which is connected on floors 2 through 8 to the tower.   L&C Tower is a widely recognized landmark in the Nashville skyline and was the city’s first skyscraper, and is centrally located in the downtown core at 401 Church Street.  

L&C Tower’s position in the heart of a walkable urban district provides access to the area’s many restaurants, retailers and hotels as well as access to a host of entertainment centers such as the historic Ryman Auditorium, Lower Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame.  Downtown Nashville is growing as a popular business location, attracting creative companies as well as corporate tenants from the area’s large healthcare, music, and automotive industries.  In addition to business growth, Downtown Nashville is adding many new residences as there is an increased desire for an urban lifestyle and close proximity to employment.
