Mr. Shemesh is a Principal and Founder of CIM. In addition to his responsibilities as a Principal, Investments, he also oversees CIM's operations and administration. Prior to co-founding CIM, Mr. Shemesh was involved in a number of successful entrepreneurial real estate activities including co-founding Dekel Development, which developed a variety of commercial and residential properties in Los Angeles.
