Working within the corporate accounting group, this position will focus on the creation, implementation & management of the corporate expense allocations and will work closely with accounting, finance, operations, internal audit, legal and compliance to improve the allocations process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Analyze raw data from the task tracking system and build macros in order to create reports.Review corporate expenses to determine whether they are allocable in accordance with the expense allocation policy/matrix.Manage reconciliations and billing for all corporate reimbursements.Responsible for the compilation of data and preparation of reports related to expense allocations. Central point of contact for all corporate expense allocation inquiries.Ability to document procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Finance, or AccountingMinimum 1-3 years’ previous experience in a finance, economics or analytics role.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Advanced level Excel skillsKnowledge of writing Macros is strongly preferred. Preferred familiarity with Yardi & Nexus Payables Proficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of general ledger reports and systemsOperate standard office equipment
