Provides overall administrative support to the Human Resources Department, Recruiting.
Essential Functions:
  • Schedules in-person and phone interview schedules.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates, if needed.
  • Acts as Recruiting representative/point of contact; responds to internal/external client requests & directs he/she to the appropriate person. 
  • Greets and escorts candidates to interviews – ensures smooth transition between interviews.
  • Posts open positions to internal & external career sites.
  • Submits background checks and ensures reports are received & reviewed appropriately.
  • Conducts reference checks.
  • Prepares & sends candidates’ offer letters & related pre-employment paperwork.
  • Sends out notification letters to candidates not selected for hire.
  • Manages confidential files and other privileged information.
  • Maintains various data spreadsheets & reports.
  • Responsible for recruiting data management including Lever data entry and candidate file maintenance.
  • Educational/Experience Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc):
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment; corporate recruiting experience is preferred
