CIM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Property Marketing team based in the New York City office. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the real estate property marketing needs for the company’s stabilized and new development assets within the office, retail and multi-family sectors located throughout the eastern region. Knowledge of the commercial and residential leasing industry a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Coordinating and implementing day-to-day marketing requests and campaign needs to support residential and commercial leasing efforts.Providing tracking overall and organizing follow-ups, project updates, and daily reminders for project teams across multiple company departments including Property Marketing, Property Management, Development, Investments, and Creative and Digital Services.Communicating with third-party creative agencies and liaising with internal creative services to provide direction for scopes of work and general marketing project feedback.Creating, editing and managing content across multiple print and digital marketing touchpoints including brochures, presentations, websites, advertisements, eblasts, renderings, photographs, videos, films, and social media platforms.Some travel may be required.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Flexible work hours may include occasional early morning and/or late evening depending on business and travel needs. Access to information requires discretion and judgment to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or design-related industry.2+ years experience in marketing, real estate or financial services industry.Customer service oriented by nature. Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy.Boundless curiosity and can-do attitude.Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites a plus (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop).
