CIM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Property Marketing team based in the New York City office.  The individual will play a critical role in supporting the real estate property marketing needs for the company’s stabilized and new development assets within the office, retail and multi-family sectors located throughout the eastern region.  Knowledge of the commercial and residential leasing industry a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Coordinating and implementing day-to-day marketing requests and campaign needs to support residential and commercial leasing efforts.
  • Providing tracking overall and organizing follow-ups, project updates, and daily reminders for project teams across multiple company departments including Property Marketing, Property Management, Development, Investments, and Creative and Digital Services.
  • Communicating with third-party creative agencies and liaising with internal creative services to provide direction for scopes of work and general marketing project feedback.
  • Creating, editing and managing content across multiple print and digital marketing touchpoints including brochures, presentations, websites, advertisements, eblasts, renderings, photographs, videos, films, and social media platforms.
  • Some travel may be required.

  • Flexible work hours may include occasional early morning and/or late evening depending on business and travel needs.
  • Access to information requires discretion and judgment to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or design-related industry.
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, real estate or financial services industry.
  • Customer service oriented by nature.  Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy.
  • Boundless curiosity and can-do attitude.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites a plus (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop).

  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with various departments within the organization including Development, Investments and Leasing, and external organizations.
