Monitors the property premises to ensure safety of the property and its tenants.
Patrols premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates. Responsible for ensuring the Pool area is lock at 10:00 p.m. each evening.
Responds to alarms and investigates disturbances.
Notifies authorities such as fire or police department in cases of emergency (fire or the presence of unauthorized persons).
Responsible for writing daily reports of activities and irregularities including but not limited to vehicles stickered, burned out lighting in common areas, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, accidents or injuries and other unusual occurrences.
Circulate among visitors, residents, vendors and employees to ensure order and protect property.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or a minimum of one year’s experience as a property security guard
