Working under the direction of the L&D team, this position is responsible for coordinating the production and deployment of new and exiting learning content via all learning modalities; Learning Portal, e-learning, live presentations, etc. for all CIM employees and affiliated companies.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsible for the coordination and delivery of all learning content.Maintains existing learning content, updating materials as requiredCoordinates with external content providers to ensure materials are properly curated, current and accessible to intended audiencesCoordinates with CIM Technology team, external vendors and internal stakeholders; i.e., Learning Council, MarComm to ensure learning processes and modalities are properly aligned and functioning.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with L&D customer base.Maintains all documentation related to L&D including but not limited to; vendor contracts, policies and procedures, communications, learning content, etc.Responsible for coordinating schedules, meetings, conference calls and L&D calendars.Responsible for tracking/reporting various reports and/or performance measures related to L&D function.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Education or related work experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of educationProficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Word.Demonstrated experience with a variety of Learning Delivery systemsDemonstrated experience in content curationDemonstrated proficiency in effective customer service skills
