Operations Associate, Private Wealth
The Private Wealth Partner, Co-Invest and Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day client interaction, maintenance and buildout of technology platforms creating efficiencies across the Operations Team and other CIM departments. The person in this position leads coordinated efforts among internal teams and vendor platforms to communicate time-sensitive, proprietary information to each of our partners in various funds. This person will also handle internal and external communications and serve as the main point of contact for product-specific fundraising initiatives.
o Technology –
o Fund Accounting –
* Fulfil adhoc report requests.
o Marketing – Assist routing materials for vendors to post to their portals for each of the investment strategies, as well as posting these on the CIM data room.
o Vendor and Partner Due Diligence – Complete one-off and cyclical information requests.
o Compliance and Legal – Work with both departments to support ongoing partner requests and onboarding new partners and investors. Assist with adhoc requests as needed (ex. New Account process for direct business, reporting, document requests, etc.)
o Capital Markets – Work with the Investments and Portfolio Oversight teams to assist with the collection of information upon request.
o Data Maintenance – Ensure all latest Fund documents are properly stored on the drive, data rooms are populated, and micro sites are updated. Also, review access requests quarterly and work with vendors to add/remove users as necessary. Maintain access logs in SharePoint.
o Regular Partner meetings, calls and presentations
o Public and private investor reporting
o Preparation of marketing materials
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
o Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
o Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in written and verbal format to a wide range of audiences
o Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external parties on complicated topics and sensitive matters
o Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams
o Preferred experience with Salesforce
o Ability to calculate, analyze, and explain reporting metrics and spot variables
o Ability to comprehend and analyze general economic data and statistics
o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
