CIM Group Leases 45,000 Square Feet at Panorama Brooklyn to The Beginning Clubhouse, a Family-Focused Membership Club
Brooklyn, NY – June 30, 2025 – CIM Group announced today that it has signed a long-term lease with Little Big Hospitality for 45,000 square feet at its Panorama office and retail complex in Brooklyn. The 50 Columbia Heights building will house the first location of The Beginning Clubhouse, a new concept offering a family-centric membership club with vibrant spaces, programming, and a wealth of amenities for parents and children.
“Our vision for The Beginning Clubhouse fills the desire for families to enjoy a private club experience. Beautifully designed play areas and enriching programs for children alongside a full floor lounge for work, fitness and wellness facilities, and incredible F&B options—all under one roof,” said Michael Schoen, Founder & CEO of Little Big Hospitality. “We selected Panorama for our first location because of its many appealing attributes, including location in a vibrant residential setting, proximity to the top schools and transportation in Brooklyn and architecturally distinctive design.”
The Beginning Clubhouse will offer curated activities and services for children, including supervised childcare on dedicated floors with play areas, game rooms, and organized classes. Adults will have access to comfortable workspaces including meeting rooms and a quiet library, as well as a fitness center, spa and more.
Members will be able to enjoy a variety of exclusive entertainment options as well as elevated dining at The Beginning Clubhouse. It will feature a full-service fine dining restaurant on the building’s 7th floor, casual roof top option and an adult only dining experience. They will take advantage of the building’s expansive area views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The Beginning Clubhouse will also offer a café and lounge on the 4th floor. The Beginning Clubhouse is anticipated to open in summer 2026.
“We believe The Beginning Clubhouse is an ideal addition to this Brooklyn neighborhood that is home to many families who will gravitate to the inviting, members-only environment and combination of adult and children’s spaces and programming,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group.
50 Columbia Heights provides convenient subway access as well as to major local thoroughfares. The distinctive seven-story brick building was constructed in 1924 and renovated in 2020.
