Social Responsibility

Cultivating Change in the Community

Since 1994, CIM has worked to enhance communities and create value for our stakeholders. In addition to the positive impact we make through real estate and infrastructure projects, we support communities through outreach, sponsorships, donations, employee-led initiatives and more.

CIM supports corporate and employee-led community service activities and partners with a variety of nonprofit organizations including those that support underserved populations, environmental initiatives, education and humanitarianism.

Community Engagement

The teams at our corporate offices and properties across the country steadily give back to their communities through volunteerism. To support our employees’ charitable work, CIM grants paid time off every calendar year for employees who volunteer through pre-approved programs. Efforts include donating time and resources to local shelters and food banks, organizing toy and clothing drives, and participating in charitable fundraising activities.
