CIM Group Announces Completion of Milo Apartment Community at 9th & Colorado Project in Denver
DENVER--CIM Group announced today that it has completed construction of Milo, the eight-story, 319-unit apartment community and the second residential phase at 9th & Colorado, a 26-acre urban infill project at the site of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Located at 4109 E. 10th Avenue, Milo Is a significant addition to the evolving fabric of the Bellevue-Hale neighborhood of Denver. CIM is co-developing 9th & Colorado with Continuum Partners.
Milo offers contemporary residences in a variety of sizes including micro, studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, townhomes and stacked flats.
