Additional details along with other program developments outlined in our second annual TCFD aligned climate disclosures.
  • Launched CIM-BGV Impact Ventures with influential leader and entrepreneur John Hope Bryant to expand access to affordable housing and financial education in low-income and underserved communities where CIM Group invests.
  • Formed Permanent Power Company, a unified platform, consolidating $1.3B in solar project equity from seven solar assets to create the foundation for growing a scalable renewable energy operating enterprise and expand upon the firm’s renewable energy footprint.
  • Two infrastructure funds reporting to Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (“GRESB”) ranked 1st and 3rd in their respective peer groups (out of 14 total in the group); improving their risk management processes and addressing climate risk.
