CIM Group Announces Strategic Partnership with U.S. Green Building Council-Los Angeles Chapter
LOS ANGELES—December 27, 2022—CIM Group, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer, announced today a partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council-Los Angeles Chapter (USGBC–LA).
USGBC-LA is an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to leverage the built environment as the entry point to transform Southern California into a more sustainable region for all through equitable and inclusive access to knowledge, technology, resources, and networking.

Since its founding in 2002, USGBC-LA has played a critical role in innovation, workforce development, education and advocacy towards building a more sustainable Southern California through initiatives such as their Green Janitors Education Program, Net Zero Accelerator, Wildfire Defense Education and Tours, Green Affordable Housing Program, Career Center, Community Resilience training, and an annual community Legacy Project.
CIM Group will partner with USGBC-LA with a shared goal of improving the sustainability, health, and resilience of the greater Los Angeles region through community investment, education, and workforce development.
