CIM Group’s City National 2CAL Office Tower Achieves UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Air
LOS ANGELES--CIM Group announced today that the company has achieved the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Air for City National 2CAL in Downtown Los Angeles. The 52-story, 1.4 million-square-foot Class A office tower has demonstrated that it has excellent indoor air quality (IAQ) performance and has plans for the advancement of IAQ in the future.
To earn the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark, City National 2CAL participated in a thorough evaluation process, which included a desktop audit, on-site inspections and IAQ testing, which included, among other assessments, measurement of total volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, ozone, and a mold and moisture inspection. Reassessments will occur on a biannual basis to maintain Verification.
