The Digital Marketing Manager is based in our Phoenix, AZ office and serves as the primary resource for managing/overseeing day-to-day operations of CIM Group’s multiple digital channels, including content for corporate and property level websites utilizing various CMS technology along with SEM/SEO and email.  This role is crucial to the success of the organization’s digital strategy across web, email, social, mobile applications and other channels.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, setup, implementation and maintenance of multiple websites all while adhering to the corporate branding standards and guidelines. You will be in communication with marketing professionals from across the country, working to enhance their local digital marketing efforts. You will have the opportunity to meet with these marketing teams to understand their requirements and goals and then translate those requirements and goals into implementable plans. Must have proven experience being able to manage a project from concept to implementation.
Additional secondary responsibilities of this role include managing email campaigns, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and ongoing reporting.

Skills crucial to success in this role:
  • Web Content Management Systems experience – Acquia/Drupal and WordPress preferred
  • Email campaign coordination and management including template creation
  • Strong technical knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with tools such as theme builders like by Divi, Elementor, WebFlow or equivalent
  • Experience creating Google Ads for SEM, including experience with SEM Rush, SpyFu or equivalent
  • Process, workflow, review and approval creation with project management experience
  • Proven ability to work with various internal groups and stakeholders for content sourcing, reviews, approvals and technology solutions
  • Ongoing digital content management and presentation practices to ensure visibility, accuracy and freshness
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting on vendor uptime and website health
  • Strong design skills with an understanding of UX centered approach to web and email design
  • Expertise with creative suite of tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with email marketing automation such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Marketo
