The Graphic Design position will oversee the design aspects of the Company’s leasing initiatives by creating and maintaining various print and digital marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, signage and presentations, while ensuring compliance with CIM’s brand guidelines, for a team of Real Estate professionals based in Los Angeles and other locations around the country.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Design and produce graphic design artwork using Adobe CC and other computer software packages for both print and digital platforms.Design, edit and format various PowerPoint presentations for different departmentsPhotoshop various property photos to be used in marketing materials (print and digital)Manage the CIM photo library of property photos, stock photos and graphicsFollow brand identity standards, specifically colors, typography, and compositionDevelop and prepare internal and external communication materials using firm’s brand and visual graphic standardsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor’s Degree2-3 years of professional design experience (preferably with a creative agency or in-house teamKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong working knowledge of fundamental design tools, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat); Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, formatting presentations in PowerPoint, and creating charts in Excel.Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who works well within a team and independently as neededSpeed, efficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial to succeeding on this team.Excellent time management skills required as you will be working on several projects at any given time.PERFORMANCE METRICS:
