AVP, Internal Sales manages our team of internal sales consultants covering the Independent Broker/Dealer (IBD), Registered Investment Advisors (RIA), and Institutional channels. Responsible for training and coaching the internal sales consultants to provide unparalleled service in the marketing, sale, and distribution of CIM’s real estate investment products. This role requires the ability to coach the internal sales consultants to cultivate existing leads and build the relationship between CIM’s external wholesalers and registered representatives. Makes a significant leadership contribution to the sales team by effectively promoting the CIM real estate investment products to increase and maintain assets under management.

RequirementsCollege degreeSeries 7, 24, and 63 licenses required. Willing to allow Series 24 licensing post 5+ years professional work experience in the Financial Services IndustryStrong organizational skillsMust be adaptable and flexible and manage change as needed by the businessExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a team driven deadline oriented environmentProfessional demeanor and appearance
