Develop and deliver high quality RFPs/RFIs/DDQs across CIM’s strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Create and manage content covering CIM’s various strategies
  • Work alongside all internal subject matter experts of the firm including Portfolio Oversight, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing & Communications and the Sales team to ensure appropriateness and accuracy of information
  • Manage the process of completing RFPs/DDQs/PPM updates/ad-hoc diligence requests from existing and prospective investors. Ensure consistency of data and other information across all materials
  • Work with IT and other departments to improve the efficiency and enhance the organization’s use of the RFP database, Qvidian
  • Update internal / external databases with quantitative and qualitative information on our funds and their performance on a quarterly basis
  • Work with Marketing & Communications on creating corporate-level content for internal and external use
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Undergraduate education
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of key quantitative metrics related to the real asset investment management industry and a general working knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred
  • Ability to successfully navigate simultaneous multi-level projects and tasks in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Qvidian database preferred but not required
  • PERFORMANCE METRICS:
  • Quality and consistency of content creation and the ability to deliver projects within the deadline
  • Contribution to existing and prospective investor relationships
  • Improvements in the efficiency of RFP/DDQ processes and use of technology
  • Corporate citizenship amongst the Portfolio Oversight department and all others
